The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our privacy policy listed below.

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

3. Data Collection on This Website

What data is collected?

We collect the following personal data when you use our service:

• First and last name (for the numerological analysis)
• Date of birth (for numerological and astrological calculation)
• Email address (for delivery of your blueprint)
• Payment data (processed directly by Stripe, not stored with us)

What do we use your data for?

Your data is used exclusively for creating your personal analysis (My Inner Blueprint, Partnership Blueprint, Radix Reading, Synastry Analysis, Name Meaning, Annual Horoscope or Energy Body reading) and for processing your payment. We do not share your data with third parties unless required for contract fulfillment (e.g. payment processing via Stripe and AI-assisted creation of your analysis via Anthropic).

How long do we store your data?

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary for the provision of our service or as required by statutory retention periods. For members with a customer account, your analysis remains permanently available for download. For orders placed as a guest, the differing retention period described in Section 3a applies.

3a. Ordering as a Guest (without a customer account)

Several of our products – for example the Annual Horoscope and the Energy Body reading (based on the Human Design method) – can also be ordered as a guest, without registering. For this we process the details you enter in the order form: your first and (optionally) last name, your birth data (date, time, place including coordinates and time zone) and your email address. We need this data to calculate and deliver your personal reading. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfilment) — no consent is required.

For calculation and creation, your birth data is transmitted to our processor Anthropic (USA, safeguarded via the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in Section 4a. Without a customer account, we make your finished horoscope available via a personal, non-guessable access link (token) that we send you by email.

Retention: We store your birth data and your reading PDF for the duration of your personal year (Annual Horoscope) or, for one-off readings without a yearly reference (e.g. Energy Body), at most 14 months from receipt of payment; after that we delete them and the access link expires. Invoice and payment data (name, email, amount, date) are kept separately for up to 10 years for tax and commercial-law reasons (Section 147 AO). You can exercise your rights under Section 10 at any time at kontakt@echtklardu.de.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

For payment processing, we use the service Stripe (Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). When you make a payment, your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed there. We have no access to your complete credit card details.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

4a. AI-Assisted Creation of Your Analysis (Anthropic, USA)

To create your personal blueprint, we use the AI service Claude from Anthropic PBC (548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). For this, the details required for your analysis are transmitted to Anthropic – depending on the product, your first and last name and your birth data (date, time and place), or the name to be interpreted. This data is used solely to create your analysis.

Anthropic processes this data on our behalf as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR and exclusively according to our instructions. Your data is not used to train the AI models. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

As the processing takes place in the USA, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards: Anthropic is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission.

Expressly excluded: your entries and answers in the Coaching Room (see Section 6) are at no point transmitted to Anthropic or any other AI service. This content remains on our own server in Germany.

5. Email Communication

After purchase, we send you a confirmation email with your personal blueprint as a PDF attachment to the email address you provided. Sending is handled via IONOS (1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur) as an email service provider.

We do not send newsletters or promotional emails without your explicit consent. The only exception is the post-purchase product recommendation described below, which is based on existing-customer direct marketing.

Product recommendations after purchase. As an existing customer, you will receive a one-time email after a purchase containing tips for your product and, where appropriate, a matching recommendation for similar offers of our own. The legal basis is Section 7 (3) of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG) in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in direct marketing to existing customers). You can object to this use at any time and free of charge – simply by replying briefly to the respective email; you will then no longer receive such recommendations.

5a. Horoscope Newsletter (Member Portal)

If you register in the Horoscope Member Portal and consent to newsletter delivery, you will receive personalized horoscopes by email at the frequency you choose (daily, weekly, or monthly). Consent is given by actively checking the opt-in field during registration.

The legal basis for sending is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time – either via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter email or in the settings of your member area.

For the technical implementation of the one-click unsubscribe mechanism, we store a cryptographically secure unsubscribe token (64 characters, randomly generated) in our database. This token is valid for 90 days and can only be used once. After successful unsubscription, the token is marked as "used" and your notification frequency is set to "None". The legal basis for token storage is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a GDPR-compliant unsubscribe mechanism).

5b. Birthday Emails

If you enter your date of birth in the horoscope profile and have consented to the offer newsletter, we will send you a personal birthday greeting email with a coupon code on your birthday. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. These emails also contain an unsubscribe link.

6. Coaching Room: Your Worksheets and Coaching Notes

What and why. If you are a coaching client and your coach has activated the Coaching Room for you, you can fill in digital worksheets there (e.g. on your concerns and goals, your areas of life, your energy type, your numbers and your life clock, your compass and your anchor sheet). We store your answers so that you can continue working on them at any time, discuss them with your coach and export your personal handbook as a PDF. Your coach also keeps their own coaching notes on your work together (e.g. observations from the sessions, agreed next steps).

Legal basis. Your explicit consent, which you give before using the Coaching Room for the first time (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR) — because your answers may contain specially protected information, for example about your health, your emotional wellbeing or your worldview. In addition, providing your account and administering the coaching are based on the contract with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future — in your account settings or by email to kontakt@echtklardu.de.

Who sees your data. Only your coach (Matthias Kusch). Your worksheet content is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising purposes and not processed by AI services. It is stored on our own server in a data center in Germany; our server provider (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) is contractually bound as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and has no access to the content.

How long. If you revoke your consent or delete your account, we delete your worksheet content and the coaching notes within 30 days. If your coaching ends without you revoking your consent, we delete them no later than 24 months after your last coaching activity — we will remind you beforehand so that you can save your handbook as a PDF. We are required to retain invoice and contract data for longer periods for tax and commercial law reasons (Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO): up to 10 years); this data is stored separately.

Your rights. You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR — including the coaching notes), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and revocation of your consent (Art. 7 para. 3). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77) — the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. Just write to us at kontakt@echtklardu.de — we will reply within one month.

Voluntary statistics. If you have additionally consented, we store a few structured details from your coaching for internal statistics and the further development of our offering: your energy type, your self-check level, which worksheets you have worked on, the processing period and — only if you provide them — your age group (as a decade) and your gender. Your answer texts are expressly not included. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR); it is voluntary, independent of your coaching consent and can be declined without any disadvantage. Evaluation takes place exclusively in groups of at least five people, so that no conclusions can be drawn about you; only such anonymous group figures may also be used with AI support — the table containing your entries itself never leaves our server in Germany. If you revoke your consent, we delete your statistics entries within 30 days; anonymous group evaluations that have already been created remain in place because they no longer have any connection to you.

7. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website (e.g. session cookies for the admin area). No marketing or tracking cookies are used.

Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing technically necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services.

8. Web Analytics with Umami

This website uses Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool operated on our own server (analytics.mein-innerer-bauplan.de). Umami works without cookies and without cross-site tracking; no personal profiles are created and no data is passed on to third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is collected (pages visited, approximate origin at country level, referring source, browser/device type). IP addresses are not stored — they are only used transiently to form an anonymized, salted session hash and are not saved to the database.

Legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis and improvement of our offering (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). As the analysis is cookieless and processes no personal data that could identify you, no consent is required.

9. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses, and other data generated via a website.

10. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Obtain information about your personal data stored with us (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Request the correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Request the deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Request the restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
